Returns & Exchanges

Because our products are custom-made, personalized, or made to order, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges unless your item arrives damaged, defective, or we made an error with your order.

If there is an issue with your order, please use our Contact page within 7 days of delivery. Include your order number and photos of the item so we can make it right.
